Overview

Red Bull’s internal design team, based in Salzburg, has partnered with BVA (now part of Accenture) for over a decade. Upon taking over this long-standing account, I led a range of strategic UX and UI initiatives focused on enhancing the e-commerce experience, including implementing Rebuy tools and aligning the U.S. storefront more closely with its EU counterpart.

Providing Actionable Recommendations

During my transition onto the Red Bull account, I led a comprehensive audit of the Shopify storefront.

I delivered clear, section-by-section documentation and strategic recommendations which resulted in a streamlined Shopify backend and a more manageable client-side experience.

Enhancing Rebuy Search

Although the Rebuy search engine had been previously integrated, I identified opportunities to improve usability and alignment with user expectations.

Several of the improvements that I introduced were improving visual consistency, adding way-finding enhancements such as a prominent “View All” button, and adding functional filters to the search results page.

Introducing Rebuy Bundles

I led the implementation of Rebuy-powered bundles on the product detail page. This introduced cross-sell opportunities, improved product discoverability, and enhanced value perception for customers.
